Role: Onsite Project Manager Team Size: 3 Onsite + 14 Offshore
Environment: Oracle Fusion Middleware – Portal JSR,JSF ,ADF,BPEL, ESB, Java ,J2EE,Sun Solaris and Oracle Application server.
Details: Zain BH formally known as MTC-VB has undertaken a group re-branding project to change its name from MTC to Zain. Its aim is to provide a new experience to its existing stakeholders and GSM customers and to provide a virtual shop to the customer, where they can do maximum interaction with Zain at the convenience of their home.
Zain’s E-business solution comprises of many components that is built upon - Oracle fusion middleware, which interacts with the external systems for better performance. The Prime highlight is the Analytic Module which is used to analyse and improve Zain business. Other functionalities include bill payment, credit transfer, number management, e-voucher download etc.,
Responsibilities:
o Gathering Business requirements from the customer at Onsite
o Develop design documents based on the agreed upon requirements
o Working with Zain Management representative in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of the project.
o Giving weekly status report to the Senior Management and Zain Prime Contacts.
o Involved in testing during unit, integration and application testing
o Handle all technical issues to the production applications (projects and change requests) and ensure seamlessly delivery
o Coordination with the Vendors – for issues and clarifications during the project execution and guiding the technical team at offshore.
o Ensure adherence to Quality Standards during project execution
o Major challenge has been in building competencies in new technologies and interacting with the vendors, customer during the project execution
o Mentor new team members and provide knowledge transfer to them
o Have handled a mix of resources from DBAs, System& Network-Administrators, Oracle and Testing Team

Role: Project Leader Team Size: + 50 Offshore
Environment: Java, J2ee ,XML,DB-Oracle9i,Rational Rose, Web logic , HP Unix and windows2000.
Details: General Motors Corporation (GM) is the world largest vehicle manufacturer and the global automotive sales leader since 1931. Today GM designs, manufactures, assemblies, distribute and warehouses cars and trucks in more than 53 countries while selling in approximately 200 countries.
The Project aims in providing application maintenance and support of a set of business applications (e.g., sales, marketing, service and parts) and helping GM IS&S integrate its IT systems. This includes providing critical support to INFO2000, HMCS Framework suite of applications in NON GPDS DA.
INFO2000 is the system of ITDC's(International Technical Development Centre) internal test information and administration of the cars. Manage all the information about vehicle orders, planning and status, assignment, field test, garage orders, lending, register/cancel test vehicle data, call for scrap or sale, test car renaming.
Hazardous Material Control System (HMCS Global) is the application to work with the
chemicals, chemical products, substances, ingredients, manufacturers of these chemicals
products, etc, and relations between them.
Responsibilities:
o Coordinating with onsite support Manager to ensure seamless overall support delivery.
o Coordinated all NON GPDS DA applications ( DOORS, SSPR-E, NORMIS, INFO2000, HMCS instances + Support to Consolidation Project)
o Technical guidance on solving critical/urgent issues with very short turnaround time
o Participating in SLA violation root cause analysis.
o Application Interface communications and enabling testing and ensuring successful implementation of approx 10 systems
o Critical coordination/meetings with multiple vendors (EDS Server Team/GM Business-IS&S/CITRIX Team)
o Plan Seamless transition of resources in the current team for better efficiency
o Resolve all issues related to offshore delivery and build relationship with customer
o Extensive Coordination with several SMEs and vendors and attending critical meetings on several technical issues, as on need basis
Ø Lead Fulfilment Operation –General Motors (GM) ,USA.

Details: The primary objective of the Lead Fulfillment Operations is to create a LFO environment capable of responding to consumers with timely and highly personalized product information, in order to maximize sales opportunities. LFO is a process by which lead and prospective information's are captured, standardized, and qualified. The LFO application responds to consumers creating a unique environment that enables both GM and its vendors to coordinate with each other and engaging its vendors with expertise in data processing and to build and run consolidated Lead Management Data Processing solution.
This application provides centralized dashboard to access all the functions in LFO
Responsibilities:
o Designing of modules– Dashboard, dashboard Content and Notification .
o Involved in evolving a common frame work classes.
o Interacting with the team members in formulating business flow for the above function
o Integrating the various modules with dashboard in LFO
o Writing test cases
o Other activities include documentation, construction and testing
